What Fit Foodies Eat

Dont worry, its way more than salads and smoothies.  Sure, that is a part of it because they are so yummy and packed with all the good stuff.  But Fit Foodies eat so much more!  When you sign up for my program, be prepared to hear me tout the benefits of organic and pasture raised vegetables, nuts, eggs, and meats.  I am also a huge advocate for healthy fats.  Don’t panic:  I will teach you how to train your metabolism so your body burns fat efficiently and I help de bunk the myth that fat is the culprit of our health crisis (ahem, sugar!).  But we will get into all that later.  Trust me, it works and you get to eat lots of delicious food.
