I love rich and delicious foods.  I love coffee and wine.  And cocktails and lots of lots of yummy healthy fats.  Mmm.  And I have learned to balance all these loves and make them work on my behalf.   This was not always the case.  I had a coming to Jesus five years ago when my Grandfather called me out on my significant weight gain.  It had crept up slowly and I was in denial (“I must be shrinking my clothes in the wash” or “that picture is just a bad angle”).

10 But my Grandfather, and the scale, told the truth.   With a lot of work and experimentation, I have lost and kept off more than 65 pounds by improving my diet.     I eat delicious, hearty meals that satisfy me and more importantly, nourish my body, mind and spirit.  Weight loss, healthy hair and skin, increased energy and a positive mental attitude are pleasant side effects. The key to health and weight loss is not deprivation, low fat, or pre packaged “diet” foods.   The key is to eat real foods that nourish and satisfy you.   I have helped many people lose weight and reclaim their health by teaching them simple steps to cleaning up their diets.  Let me help you be a Fit Foodie!
